All items are inspected at the time of shipping, but if a flaw has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item. Five digital pictures from different positions will be requested to validate the claim. We will replace the item once we receive the item and we validate it as damaged. Note that the item must be in its original box, perfect condition, unworn and all tags attached. If tags have been tampered with or removed, we will NOT accept the request for damage. Please email your request and pictures to info@ProBridalUSA.com . After 24 hours of receipt, ProBridalUSA will not accept claims for damaged items.
