Return & Refund Policy

  • We want you to love your merchandise! And if you are not, ONE EXCHANGE is allowed.
  •  ONE EXCHANGE POLICY (NO RETURNS)
  • When purchasing ProBridalUSA from any e-commerce site, the purchaser agrees to all our terms, limitations and conditions.
  • Purchasing multiple items with the intention to return one of the items will not be accommodated.  
  • Only one (1) item exchange per order will be accommodated.
  • You must reach out to us within 48 hours from receiving your package. No exceptions.
  • You must email to info@ProBridalUSA.com the reason for your request within 48 hours.
  • DO NOT return items without an authorization email received from us. We will not accept the return.
  • Unauthorized send back is subject to 40% charge.
  • We must receive the merchandise within 10 days of our authorization email.
  • The item must be in its original box, perfect condition, unworn and all tags attached. If tags have been tampered with or removed, we will NOT accept the request for exchange.
  • You are responsible for shipping back cost- Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking system to ensure delivery. Please pack the item well to prevent damage to the merchandise. If the item is damaged during shipping or received after 10 days, we will not accept the exchange.
  • You may exchange with equal or higher value once we have received the item and approved exchange.
  • There is a $25 charge the buyer is responsible for on all exchangesThe charge will cover re-packaging, re-shipping and restocking expenses for exchanging the item.  
  • Item, merchandise(s) refers to any product sold on the website such as headpieces, crowns, tiaras, headbands, hair combs, jewelry sets, earrings, bracelets or other products referenced by any other name.
  • ProBridalUSA is not responsible for shipping delays, undeliverable, never received, misplaced, lost or stolen items once your order has been shipped (given to the carrier), and delivery confirmation has been obtained and item states delivered
  • Due to manufacturing and/or dye lot variations, ProBridalUSA is not responsible for products that vary slightly from descriptions or measurements. Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Products seen online do not always represent an identical color match due to hue/contract setting on your monitor. Some photos have been enhanced.
  • The measurements on the products are as close to real as possible within 1/8 of an inch.  
  • Please note that free shipping applies to correct address as entered in your order. You are responsible for the cost of reshipping of your merchandise if you enter incorrect shipping information.
    •  DAMAGES 

      • All items are inspected at the time of shipping, but if a flaw has been missed or if damage to an item occurs during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item. Five digital pictures from different positions will be requested to validate the claim. We will replace the item once we receive the item and we validate it as damaged. Note that the item must be in its original box, perfect condition, unworn and all tags attached. If tags have been tampered with or removed, we will NOT accept the request for damage. Please email your request and pictures to info@ProBridalUSA.com . After 24 hours of receipt, ProBridalUSA will not accept claims for damaged items.
